We guarantee almost all the trumeaux made at our customers’ premises. (subject to reservation)
If this is not the case, it will be stipulated on the invoice and/or quote.
If you feel you are entitled to the warranty, contact us, we will come to you free of charge to solve your problem
Do I have to provide parts or equipment, or are they provided during the intervention?
Our technicians and/or locksmiths have all the necessary equipment to get the job done.
In the rare cases where you need to provide equipment, it will be in the following cases:
- Cleaning equipment: to keep the construction site in good condition.
